Bandanna Day update….(a message from Lawrie)

Based on five teams and a twelfth player, 60 bandannas have just been purchased for players to wear on our Bandanna Round. This is the first Sat (31st Oct) after National Bandanna Day and many thanks Brendan and the Association for your continued support.

The CCCC team bandanna for this year is the 40th Anniversary bandanna commemorating this important milestone that was achieved last year. I have attached details on this design.

I also have boxes for businesses and thank Gareth and the team at Capital Chemist University of Canberra, Bruce and Chris and Lauren at Eat, Speak, Learn, Allied Health Services at Belconnen for their continued support in selling our bandannas. Both have been long term supporters of this cause and it is greatly appreciated. Boxes will be available at these businesses by the end of this week.

I also have bandannas ready for each team to buy and sell (and also take donations) on Bandanna day.

Genesis of Manuka is a great hairdresser and is also hosting a special Canteen morning tea on Bandanna Day and selling CCCC boxed bandannas.

Looks like another great year. The Canteen Cup has been in my study over winter and is now polished ready for its 9th year.
